Talamanca Holidays 2025/2026
Holidays to Talamanca, Ibiza, are unique. They combine the best of the island’s nightlife with a sanctuary of tranquility. Talamanca neighbours Ibiza Town, though is somewhat more glamorous. You’ll have a range of upmarket restaurants, coffee bars and luxurious resorts lining the white sands. You can walk into the heart of Ibiza Town along the promenade, where you’ll pass the pretty marina, and Playa d’en Bossa is slightly further along. There’s a UNESCO-listed old quarter to walk around, too. Holidays in Talamanca give you the best of both worlds: gorgeous hotels and villas, just a short walk from the partying centre of Ibiza.

Laze on the famous beach
Holidays to Ibiza include plenty of time sat on the renowned white sands, but in Talamanca, you really get the best beach of them all. The relaxed vibes, flat promenade and stylish beach clubs give it a distinct feel, while the gourmet restaurants and designer boutiques add something special to the mix. You’ll see some recognisable names on the beach, including Nobu Restaurant Ibiza Bay – one and the same with the celeb-endorsed set-up in London. Once you’ve explored the beach-side attractions, settle down on the soft sands for a spot of relaxation. Rent a cabana bed for the ultimate indulgence, or head onto the smooth waves for kayaking or stand-up paddleboarding.
Walk to the neighbouring towns
Holidays to Talamanca are squashed between two small towns, with the bay in the middle. To one side, you’ll find a number of bars and clubs that are often frequented by locals. On the other side, you can walk straight into Ibiza Town. In the direction of the town is the iconic Pacha nightclub, as well as a marina packed full of dazzling superyachts. There’s also one of the island’s favourite casinos just down the road.
If you want a great photo opportunity, head to the Boas de Ibiza apartments; their rainbow-coloured balconies are a local landmark. Classy San Antonio is a 25-minute drive from Talamanca, and it’s where you’ll find the best nightclubs and shopping.
Find your favourite restaurant and bar
As you can imagine, Talamanca holidays tend to revolve around entertainment – and nothing’s quite as important as fine dining. Talamanca’s promenade has a variety of venues to choose from, and you can guarantee delicious meals and high-quality cocktails wherever you go. Bar Flotante, on the southern side of the beach, is the preferred haunt for locals – mainly thanks to the huge paellas on offer. Club Talamanca Restaurant is more chilled and serves up pizza on the beach, or Sa Punta Restaurant offers heavenly surroundings, five-star reviews and many celebrity customers. Just behind Sa Punta is The Fish Shack. It’s slightly more rustic, but the fresh seafood is tasty.
Explore under the sea
Holidays to Talamanca, Ibiza, aren’t just about eating, sunbathing and dancing. The clear waters not only look brilliant from the beach – but they’re amazing for diving and snorkelling. There are a number of diving schools in Talamanca and Ibiza Town; if you’ve never dived before, it’s easy to learn and the experts will guide you.
The Scuba Ibiza Diving Centre can give the highest qualifications on the island, so you’ve got the opportunity to improve your skills if you’ve already got your PADI certifications. You can choose whether to go out privately with a guide or join a bigger group. The majority of the schools also rent out underwater cameras, so you can capture those precious memories.
Charter a boat
What could be more fitting than chartering a luxury boat? Ibiza Town has plenty of vendors offering boat tours or chartered services, so you can take to the sea in style.
Formentera is a popular destination to sail to and, while you can hop on the ferry to get there, arriving by private boat can make your holiday all the more special. It’s not as expensive as you may think; if you shop around and book in advance, you can get a good deal. Most chartered services include paddleboarding and snorkelling equipment, so you get the most from your time on the crystal-clear waters.
Talamanca is the classy, stylish holiday destination that all Ibiza trips should include. Whether you’re braving the seas on a private boat over to the other islands or sipping refreshing cocktails on the beach as the sun sets, you can live the life of luxury. With its glamorous bars, high-class restaurants and designer shops, there’s no better place to lap up the warm Balearic sun.
