A guide to nightlife in Costa Blanca
In Costa Blanca you can choose to either dance the night away in bold Benidorm, or have a fun but altogether more laid-back evening in one of the smaller resorts along the coast. Here are some of the best places to enjoy the nightlife whether you’re taking a cheap off-season holiday to Costa Blanca or travelling at the busiest times to party.
Get wild at KM Club, Benidorm
Holidays to Benidorm aren’t complete without at least one club night, and with a capacity for more than 5,000 people, KM is one of the largest and most popular dance clubs in the region. It has three floors, 12 bars, open-air garden spaces and a swimming pool. The biggest pull has got to be the fact that DJs like Judge Jules and Brandon Block regularly get up on the decks.
Glitz and glamour at Benidorm Palace, Benidorm
A night of glamour can be had at the colourful cabaret show of the Benidorm Palace. Running four times a week, daring stunts and high-kick dancing are performed by somewhat scantily-clad dancers. You can enjoy the show with a drink or opt for a ticket that includes dinner and bubbly. There’s also a children’s menu and under 10s can see the show for free.
Waterside drinking at Zensa, Denia
Located beside Denia‘s marina, you can sink into the comfortable sofas at Zensa and watch the lights twinkling on the water. The pure white decor gives this bar a very chic feeling. The standout features are the private pool and the spectacular lighting dome above the seating area that juts out into the marina.
Party with pride at Olivers, Benidorm
This gay-friendly venue comes highly recommended, with a cosy traditional bar inside and a large terrace outside. The owners of this British bar take pride in welcoming customers with a smile, so it’s a perfect place to stop for a drink, day or night. That’s why you’ll find a loyal following of both locals and tourists who come back time and again.
DJs and dancing at Saxo Disco Garden, Moraira
On the coast road coming into Moraira from Calpe, this club is where all the fun happens in town. It has live music from bands some evenings and the resident DJ plays through the night, making it a great venue to try out during your next Costa Blanca holiday. The outdoor terrace and chill-out garden area are great spots to unwind and cool down after all that dancing indoors.
