Many of us spend all winter perfecting our summer bodies, only to pile on the pounds while over indulging on our summer holidays. But what if you wanted to keep up the exercise while on holiday? Well, the good news is you can. And you don’t even need a hotel gym or an Olympic sized pool to fit your laps in. Our top tip
Try 15 reps of every exercise except the plank. The plank is a different type of exercise so instead of doing reps you will need to hold the position for 30 seconds or more for the best results. Do this for 3 rounds, or longer if you have the stamina and you’ll soon feel ready to hit the beach.
Whether you’re in Greece or Spain these simple exercises can be done in your hotel room, at the beach or even by the pool. So, why not give them a whirl next time you’re on holiday?
