It’s the most visited of Europe’s national parks, and is home to Mount Teide, the third highest volcanic peak in the world. The views themselves are worth making the journey for. You can spend hours hiking one of many trails in the park, and you can even watch the sunset and do some stargazing in the most scenic setting. Iceland
