A guide to useful phrases in Slovenia

The main language in Slovenia is Slovenian, sometimes also referred to as Slovene, which is closely related to the Serbian and Croatian languages. Around a third of Slovenians also speak English, a percentage which goes up much more in the popular coastal resorts around the Slovenian Riviera. To help you get by on your Slovenia holidays, here are some common phrases to try.
