Luxury Holidays to Larnaca
Luxury Larnaca holidays mean VIP Ayia Napa clubs, high-end dining in Protaras and sunning on divine Blue Flag beaches like Nissi Beach. The 4* and 5* hotels here give you the best, whether you want pool parties or private cabanas.
Larnaca Luxury Holidays
Larnaca holidays allow you to indulge in luxury days and superstar nights
The flight time to Larnaca is four and a half hours, where a stash of beach-heavy resorts awaits in this eastern part of Cyprus. You can be in Protaras, Nissi Beach or Ayia Napa in around an hour’s transfer for big doses of luxury.
At Nissi Beach quiet days are spent in mezze tavernas by the beach before the sands come to life with parties by night. But that’s nothing in comparison to Ayia Napa‘s nightlife, where the drinks flow all day and night and you’ll find cool cocktail lounges as well as bars playing all genres of music. It’s not all partying though, as Ayia Napa has a pretty harbour area and square with fountains, a sculpture park in the hillside, upmarket shops and a cluster of Blue Flag beaches.
Over in Protaras it’s a quiet culinary sensation, with gourmet restaurants covering Italian, sushi, steak and of course, Cypriot.
Living the high life in Larnaca
Walk around the designer boutiques of Ayia Napa and you’ll be pleasantly surprised not only by the quality and variety of goods, but also the cheaper price tags than similar items back home. Then plan for glitzy nights, with VIP rooms to be found at places like Soho Club and the Castle Club.
In the area around Ayia Napa, all 14 beaches have achieved Blue Flag status for their cleanliness and excellent facilities. There’s secretive Sirena Bay or Nissi Beach – regularly rated as one of the most beautiful in the world – as well as hotels with their own strips of sand complete with plush bars and restaurants. As an added bonus, you can dive around one of Europe’s few coral reefs off the coast here to feel like you’re in the Maldives. One of the best places for diving and swimming is the stunning Cape Greco.
If you prefer skimming across the water, board a yacht like Aphrodite II to take you on a lazy days boat trip around the coastline with an informative guide explaining Cypriot history and delicious lunch and drinks included.
