People who like a bit of knees-up fun will love the cabaret scene in Benidorm, where it’s gala night every night and the programmes are stuffed with world-class performers. Although there are hundreds of popular cabaret bars, show bars, discos, and live comedy and music venues, Benidorm Palace is one of the best known spots around town.
How to find it
Benidorm Palace is in the Rincon de Loix on Severo Ochoa Avenue on all the major bus routes and within easy access of major hotels in Benidorm. Admission includes your first drink but if you’re keen to see a bit of the surrounding area, get there a little bit early and watch the sunset on the central Levante beach, which is about 15 minutes walking distance away.
What to See
A great place to enjoy a “cena espectáculo” (dinner and a show”), Benidorm Palace is plush, classy and exotic, styled as a traditional nightclub/theatre but so much more as well! The programme at the moment is an extravaganza, in English and Spanish, of flamenco fusion, disco glam, movie glitz, big band swing and circus ‘attracciones’ including trampoline flyers!
Get the tickets
It’s a good idea to reserve tables online to ensure you get a seat. Tickets with a drink are €29 at the moment, and there’s a special menu for children, although the shows are more appropriate for children over the age of 15. If you’re in Benidorm this summer, don’t miss this opportunity to see one of the most glittering Las Vegas-style shows on the Costa Blanca.
