It has a typical Mediterranean climate and though August tends to be the hottest month, you can experience warm temperatures throughout the year. In the time it takes to run a marathon (if you’re Mo Farah!) you can be whisked away to this beautiful Balearic island.

Portugal (average high 28°C)
Coming in third place based on temperature is Portugal! Depending on which airport you choose, you can fly to Portugal in between two and a half to three hours.
