What Is Premium Club?
When you book Premium, you get the VIP treatment. Your whole journey, from arriving at the airport to embarking at your chosen destination, will be smooth, comfortable and ultimately really enjoyable! If you like things to feel that bit more luxurious when you’re in holiday mode, you’ll simply love the Premium Club experience.
What Will My Upgrade Include?
Your Premium experience starts when you’re packing your case. The standard 20kg of baggage for long haul holidays is increased to 23kg, giving you extra space for clothes, cosmetics, books or whatever it is you love to take away with you.
Once you arrive at your chosen UK airport, you’ll be greeted by friendly TUI staff and taken through priority check-in before being fast-tracked through security, avoiding the queues and banishing any pre-flight stress you may be feeling.
When you’re through security, you’ll head straight to the airport lounge where your happy holiday really begins. You’ll be able to make the most of comfortable seating as well as a selection of food and drink as you await your flight information. Throughout your pleasant time in the lounge, you can relax in the knowledge that you’ll get priority boarding onto the Dreamliner when it’s ready for passengers.
Next, you’ll board the plane and be welcomed to the Premium Cabin with a refreshing glass of fizz or juice. You’ll have a spacious 38-inch pitch, with a comfy seat and a bigger recline than comes as standard. Along with an adjustable headrest, you’ll be given noise reduction headphones, an amenity kit from a luxury cosmetic brand, a blanket, a pillow, a bottle of water and a Live Happy magazine to inspire you on your travels.
Your in-flight entertainment will make the time fly – no pun intended! In front of your seat, there’ll be a nine-inch seatback TV loaded with the latest blockbuster movies, TV shows, music and games, along with TV channels perfect for kids. Each seat has its own USB and standard power sockets, so your devices’ batteries will never run low.
Throughout the flight, beers, spirits, wines, soft drinks and hot drinks will be available free of charge to Premium passengers (with some exceptions including champagne and prosecco). You’ll be served a four-course meal suited to your departure time, with a choice of main dish. There will then be a light snack given out shortly before landing. All on-board food can be amended to suit your dietary requirements, and childrens’ meals for 2-12 year olds are available to select during the booking process.
Once the aircraft has landed, you’ll be among the first to disembark and head out into your dream destination. What better way to kick off your holiday?
What Is The B787 Dreamliner Like?
The B787 Dreamliner aircraft adds a touch of luxury to flying. Even if you’re not in the Premium Cabin, you’ll notice the improved seating areas and amazing attention to detail. The plane is modern and spacious, designed with comfort in mind. Your seats will have bigger windows than usual, letting in plenty of light, and they’re dimmable for when you want to get some shut-eye.
Each element of the aircraft has been expertly thought through. There’s even mood lighting to help you acclimatise when you’re coming in to land at your destination, whatever time of day that may be. You’ll want to fly again and again after the Dreamliner experience!

How Do I Add My Premium Upgrade To My Booking?
Booking your Premium upgrade is simple – you just need to select Premium Club on the Travel Options page when you book online, or ask an agent to apply the upgrade to your booking if you’re booking your holiday over the phone. After booking, should you wish, you can then select your seats so you know exactly where you’ll be when you board the plane.
How Much Will It Cost To Upgrade?
