Five-Star Property

Jaz Aquamarine is a stunning hotel, with so much to offer travellers for an exciting getaway to Egypt. This lively hotel comes with a private beach and is located in the district of Magawish in the Hurghada area of Egypt. Hurghada is around 20km away if you fancy a trip out and it’ll only take around 45 minutes to get from the airport to your hotel with your coach transfer.

Hurghada is the second biggest town on the Red Sea and, thanks to its world-renowned coral reefs, one of Egypt’s busiest holiday destinations. Hundreds of hotels and restaurants are dotted along its coastline. To the north is the historic old town, to the south is the brand-new, palm-lined Village Road, and in the middle is Sakalla, the frenetic and fast-paced town centre.

Beautiful Blue Waters

Whether you enjoy a dip in the pool or a swim in the sea, you won’t be disappointed here. This hotel is truly a water baby’s dream thanks to the whopping 17 pools to enjoy and the stunning beachfront location. The hotel’s private beach is available for guests to kick back on and relax, while listening to the relaxing sounds of waves in the distance.

The range of pools leaves guests wanting for nothing! With 17 pools to choose from, you’re well and truly spoilt at this place. Lined with sunbeds and dotted with palm filled islands, the relaxing setting continues throughout. Just so you know, children under 120cm need to wear floating aids when enjoying the water. Some of the pools are heated in winter, and there’s also an indoor spot if you fancy a bit of time away from the sunshine.

If that wasn’t enough, Jaz Aquamarine also boasts not one, but two thrilling aquaparks! One of them is located on site, where you can enjoy nine adult’s slides, and four reserved just for kids. The other waterpark is located on the Jaz Bluemarine Resort site, just a six minute stroll away. Here you’ll find an additional five slides for the grown ups as well as four kids’ slides. Just so you know, children under 10 years old, or under 120cm tall, must wear floating aids when using the aquapark. You need to be over 10 years-old, or taller than 130cm, to use the adult slides. There’s a weight restriction of 120kg, too.

Tasty Treats

When it comes to food and drink, Jaz Aquamarine has a stellar line up! Whether you prefer a bustling buffet with a range of choices and cuisines, or a sit down, table service meal, you’ll find plenty of choices here. The main restaurant in the hotel is 4 Corners Buffet Restaurant – here you’ll find dishes with Mediterranean, Asian, Italian and Oriental dishes, open for breakfast and dinner. You can help yourself to drinks here too.

A la carte dining is available in the Italian, Indian, Oriental, seafood and Asian restaurants. Also, you’ll need to make a reservation – which can be made up to four days in advance. Three visits to three different à la carte restaurants, out of the four, are included and subject to availability. Only items within the All Inclusive menu are included, however there are premium items available on the menu too that are payable.

Throughout the day, there are a couple of spots throughout the hotel where you can grab a drink or a bite to eat. Down at the beach, there’s Paradiso Beach Bar, then beside the pool you have La Perla and The Aquarius bar both offering drinks, with La Perla offering tea time snacks too. As if these weren’t enough to keep you satisfied, there’s also Waves Bar and the Lobby Bar too – plus a Shisha Lounge if that’s your vibe.

Keepin’ Active

If you’re the type who likes to be on their feet during a holiday and keeping active, then the Jaz Aquamarine has plenty for you to try your hand at! Activities here tend to revolve around the beach, with volleyball, a raft of watersports, and even a scuba diving centre that does lessons for all ages. In the main grounds you’ll find things like darts, tennis and football. Kids age 4 to 12 have access to the hotel’s mini club so parents can have a child-free afternoon if they wish! The staff here are bilingual and your children will be supervised at all times so you can relax knowing they are safe and well cared for.

But the fun doesn’t stop as the sun goes down! Entertainment in Egypt is low-key, and consists mostly of local Egyptian acts. The entertainment team puts on a different show every night so you won’t get bored of seeing the same entertainment or live music performance. If that wasn’t enough, there’s also an on-site nightclub where you can dance the night away. Kids aren’t left out either as there’s a dedicated mini disco just for the little ones!

Rest and Rejuvenate

After all that exploring and partying, you’ll want to make sure you have somewhere peaceful to rest your head. Rooms here won’t disappoint, and they all have air-con, a satellite TV and tea-making facilities. If you really fancy treating yourself, you can upgrade your room to a superior twin so you can secure that stunning sea view. Families have a great choice of rooms too – upgrade to a deluxe family room for a more spacious room or choose a family swim-up room to have pool access from your terrace.

Of course, another perfect place to kick back and relax is the hotel’s on-site spa. The spa comes with two steam rooms and a whirlpool bath, as well as a well-equipped gym. As for the treatments, expect indulgent offerings like coconut milk body scrubs and moonlight massages. If you fancy a relaxing facial, or want to top up your favourite beauty treatment like a manicure, then you can do all this too at Jaz Aquamarine! There’s two further whirlpool baths on the beach too if you want to relax under the sun. These are reserved just for adults so will be super peaceful if you’re hoping for a child-free afternoon.
