Sea-riously Good Scenes
The private beach at this hotel is one that’ll take your breath away – it feels like your own slice of paradise. Behind you is a mountain backdrop, and in front of you is a pretty pebble beach that opens up to the twinkling turquoise waters of the Mediterranean Sea.
Take up a lounger on the beach itself or better yet, make your way out onto the jetty that’s sprinkled with plush bali beds, hovering above the shimmering water below. Drinks service still resumes even here, and if you get too hot, just walk down the steps and straight into the sea. Bliss!
Beach Bar Heaven
If your idea of holiday heaven is to be sat at a beach bar, looking out at shimmering seas, chilled music playing in the background and a selection of dreamy drinks at your disposal – then this is going be the spot for you!
Island Beach bar is just the spot for dreamy day drinks – with a superb selection of cocktails on offer, take your pick and simply sit back and soak up the sea views. The pina coladas here are meant to be the best around!
There’s also grassy areas with hammocks and bean bags just behind the beach bar, so there’s no shortage of chilled spots to soak up the sun.
It’s just as mesmerising here at night, with live music put on from the likes of swing bands or saxophonists, so you can mull over your holiday memories to the sound of tantalising tunes and the lapping of nearby waves.
Gorgeous Gourmet Food and Dreamy Drinks
One of the main things we love about the Rixos Premium Tekirova has to be the food! There’s seven restaurants dotted around the hotel, as well as a handful of bars too.
The main buffet restaurant is far from your usual holiday buffet – the selection is sublime! It’s impossible to have to eat the same thing every day simply because there’s so much choice.
The pizza station here always goes down a hit, with fresh stone-baked pizzas coming straight off the stove, in a variety of different flavours. Perfect for any fussy eaters!
On top of a delicious main restaurant you’ve also got the choice of several speciality eateries. Some are included as part of the All Inclusive, with some remaining chargeable.
Mandarin, the specialty Chinese restaurant, is included and goes all-out when serving you with some of the tastiest flavours of the Far East.
The Mexican and Italian restaurants are both chargeable, but are definitely worth it as a treat. If you’re all about Mexican favourites like nachos, sizzling fajita plates and quesadillas, then a visit there is an absolute must!
For a light lunch and snacks, the Food Court is an excellent choice – serving up the likes of sandwiches and burgers and even fresh kebabs. Anyone with a sweet tooth will love the fresh Turkish pastries here too. You’ll never go hungry!
Kids even have their own restaurant too – the Rixy Kids Restaurant, perfect for meals and snacks in between all the fun within their creative sessions.
The drinks here certainly don’t disappoint either – all drinks use branded spirits, and the cocktails wouldn’t look out of place in a classy city centre bar. The frozen daiquiris are to die for!
You can of course walk up the bars yourself but if you’d rather just sit back and relax on your sun lounger, then don’t worry as a waiter on roller skates will be over with your order in two ticks!
One scoop or two?
And if you have a bit of a sweet tooth, you’ll be pleased to learn the hotel has its very own ice-cream parlour! That’s right, not just a section of the buffet – a proper parlour!
The choice of flavours is out of this world, from your usual strawberry and chocolate to more exciting flavours like peach, pistachio and even rhubarb and custard!
It’s all included as part of your All Inclusive stay, with the waffle cones made fresh every day. You can even get waffles freshly made to enjoy ice-cream on top! There’s no better (or tastier!) way to cool down!
Whizz Down Slides
For all the relaxing ambience this hotel provides, there’s also the opportunity to live a little too at the Aqua Park! There’s 10 waterslides to choose from, as well as tipping buckets, water cannons, and so much more. You’ll have a blast shooting down slides and getting wet and wild with your nearest and dearest in the sunshine.
Love a Latte?
If you love starting off your mornings on holiday with a hot cup of cappuccino, a frothy latte or even an iced coffee, then the Rixos Premium Tekirova has you covered. They’ve popped a Starbucks on site – and it’s all included as part of the All Inclusive. Yes, you read that right!
Family Fun Like Never Before
This hotel takes everything you think you know about a family holiday abroad and injects it with more facilities, more adventure, and more memory potential than ever.
The kids club at this hotel is farrrrrr from your average children’s club with a few activities – there’s absolutely everything you could imagine and more here!
In fact, the kids clubs here are more than just a space for them to hang out on holiday – they’re a place for children to be inspired, where creativity and intrigue is encouraged from the moment they arrive.
They can sign up to the Science Academy, where they can conduct scientific experiments complete with matching lab coats, or perhaps they’re an aspiring astronaut and want to join the Space Academy! On top of that there’s pottery making, painting, detective story sessions, and even fun masterclasses every hour from sports to ballet! You’ll be lucky if you can get the kids to leave!
There’s also an enormous rope park for them to navigate outside, as well as a climbing zone and a zip line. Adventure lives in this hotel!
The hotel even has its own farm – Rixy Farm! Kids here can make friends with farm animals and learn all about what it takes to run a farm.
Another top-notch facility just for kids is the Rixy Kids Club Amphitheatre, a totally separate stage area just for kids. Here they’ll be invited to a variety of shows and mini-discos, or they can even put on their own and showcase it in style!
The activities here are really tailored to your child’s age – there’s a Happy Babies club for those 6 months to 3 years, Groovy club for 4 to 7 year olds, Indigo club for 8 to 12 year olds, and Smarties for 13 to 17 year olds. Gamers will love the dedicated Playstation space and there’s even a kids-only cinema, too
Kids love to make a splash on holiday, and the Rixos Premium Tekirova gives them their amazing own pool area to play to the full.
The Rixy Aqua Park is a section of the waterpark just for children, complete with 4 waterslides and all surrounded by a luxurious lazy river.
Entertainment
If you like to be doing things during your days on holiday, then there’s no shortage of options for you here – in fact, the sports scene is enormous! Get stuck into the likes of beach volleyball, archery, water polo, aqua fitness, darts – or you can even get the adrenaline pumping on zip lines and climbing walls!
You can also choose to get out onto the water and do some paddle boarding – and trust us, with the views this hotel has, it’s definitely worth doing!
On an evening, the Lotus Bar Stage hosts a vast array of entertainment each night, from tribute shows of your favourite artists to illusionists who won Turkey’s Got Talent!
After the main show it’s the hotel DJ’s turn to get the party started, and before you know it you’ll be up and dancing with the crowd to the latest dance hits. He takes the centre stage right up until midnight, giving you plenty of time for drinks and a dance!
If you prefer quieter evenings, there’s plenty of other bars spread out amongst the hotel’s grounds offering a chilled place to relax. Snuggle into a sofa with a mojito in the lobby bar, or toast to the end of a brilliant day with a glass of something fizzy down by the beach.
Kemer
If you want to venture outside of the hotel (not that you’ll feel the need to!) then hop in a taxi and head on down to Kemer centre, about 20 minutes away. Here you’ll find a huge market selling everything from local food products to bags, shoes, watches and clothes. Prepare to haggle to get the best prices!
You’ll also find more bars and restaurants here if you want to dine out during your holiday, including plenty of authentic Turkish eateries for full-on flavour!
If you’d rather just stay in Tekirova itself, the little town centre is about a 20 minute walk away (or 5 minutes by bus).
FREE Access to Land of Legends Waterpark
As if all the facilities at the Rixos Premium Tekirova weren’t fantastic enough, the hotel also provides you with FREE access to one of the best waterparks in all of Turkey – The Land of Legends!
The hotel puts on a free bus to take you to the Land of Legends, which is an hour and a half away. Don’t let that put you off though – trust us, it’s well worth making the journey for, and you can use it as an opportunity to soak up all the scenery along the way!
There’s simply so much to get stuck into here – the park is both a theme, and a water park! You’ll have the time of your life on unique roller coasters, and then within the same day be able to make a splash on fantastic water slides too!
Some of the wildest water slides include the Space Rocket (where you become a water astronaut!) and Deep Dive, not to mention Tower Falls. If zooming about under blue skies and landing with a splash is up your street, then you’re going to love this part of the park!
The enormous wave pool is the perfect place for a swim, and if you want to dry off in style then there’s plenty of roller coasters nearby that’ll have you whooshing about in the air!
Hyper Coaster will have you feeling like you’re touching the sky at 62 metres high, and Typhoon Coaster is definitely one for the adrenaline junkies!
Slides and coasters aside, there’s still so much to do here – from daily water and light shows, shopping opportunities, and other payable experiences like Mythical Journey, allowing you to breathe and walk underwater surrounded by tropical fish. Your day here will be nothing short of amazing!
