You really are spoilt for choice when it comes to the pool scene as there’s four to choose from, one of which comes with a swim-up bar for the mums and dads. The pools are surrounded by a sun terrace and plenty of loungers and parasols if you’d like to lie back and soak up the sun. Kids aren’t left out either, they get their very own spot, which is nice and shallow.

Moon Palace Cancun

There’s bars dotted all around the hotel, but one of our favourite spots has to be the Skybar which is open to adults on an evening.
